In this hectic, stress filled world we sometimes forget what was told to us over 2,500 years ago - But it still applies to us today.

Depression is the number one killer today, not heart attacks! The verse above calls it a broken spirit, but it is the same thing. Without joy there is very little reason for living.

I can't understand why some people feel that "Christians MUST act like they have just drank hot soup through a straw". They feel Christians MUST be solemn. (no thanks! - I enjoy life too much for that) This is not only false, but very wrong. Christians should be the happiest people (and many are) on this earth.
